Piavet Cloud —
Designing from scratch a veterinarian remote monitoring system & patient management software
Piavet Cloud is a monitoring app for equine veterinarians as well a as patient and care facility management system. It is part of the Piavet System, a hardware system that measures and records horses' vital signs.
Our key challenge consisted of onboarding equine vets to the system and offering them relief in their daily work routine.
As the founding designer at Piavita, I ran on-site and off-site user research and testing to prioritise, built and iterated on features that we mostly designed from scratch. I designed the first building blocks of the Piavet Design System and visual asset libraries.
The platform significantly improved practice efficiency and patient care quality. Veterinarians reported faster access to patient histories and better coordination among staff members. The remote monitoring features enabled proactive care interventions, leading to improved patient outcomes and increased client satisfaction.

Designed, tested and produced 2000 pieces of the Piavet Bag to address pain points identified as part of our on-site user research program.

We collaborated with an industrial partner to produce packaging solutions for our hardware. I designed the graphics.
