Designing a consumer experience from retail purchase to day-to-day usage for the drawing pad Repaper

Repaper is a smart drawing pad that instantly digitises paper creations made with ordinary drawing tools.

Over my 2 years as the founding designer at ami, my daily work encompassed a wide range of responsibilities from packaging design to user research. This means I’d cover the whole customer journey, starting from the very first prospect touchpoint, to shopping it in retail to onboarding and leaning how to use it, up to daily usage.

I designed the Repaper Studio app and the Repaper Installer from scratch and worked on each of its iteration over 2 years. The app included a picture gallery and various features such as video time lapses, layers, brushes.
